Celebrating the artistic legacy of Luis Noboa Naranjo, this museum in Ecuador showcases 97 avant-garde masterpieces across 10 halls, including works by Manuel Rondon, Eduardo Kingman, Humberto Moré, and Carlos Catasse. A cultural hub, it inspires creativity through guided tours, exhibitions and its renowned Art Biennale painting competitions.
