SAWAN RAS BARSE 

Vidushi Dr. Nabanita Chowdhary’s organization, ‘Sangeet Sandhya’ presented the concert, ‘Sawan Ras Barse’ in association with VNS Foundation, New Delhi on 18th of August 2023 in the Triveni Auditorium, Mandi House, New Delhi. The program was co-sponsored by Saptak Vrind

Renowned Vocalist Manali Bose from Kolkata commenced the concert with Raag Megh, followed by Thumri, Dadra, Kajri etc. She won the hearts of music lovers of Delhi in her debut concert in the National Capital. 

Renowned Tabla player Ustad Akram Khan and zealous Harmonium player  Zakir Dholpuri accompanied  Manali Ji on the Tabla and Harmonium respectively. 

Spectacular Sadhana Shrivastava ji beautifully compered the excellent event.   Numerous musicians and other discerning audiences of Delhi thoroughly enjoyed the concert.

Vidhushi Dr. Nabanita Chowdhary, renowned Hindustani Classical vocalist along with other artists founded ‘Sangeet Sandhya’, 23 years ago to create awareness  and appreciation of Indian classical music, conducting enumerable music events participating eminent and young talents in Delhi NCR and other parts of India.
