CELEBRATING CULTURAL AMBASSADORS THROUGH ART AND SPORT
Shri. Mandeep Malhotra, CMO of Kho Kho Federation of India, reflected on this emotional resonance: “By weaving art into the fabric of the tournament, we hope to remind people of the universality of human expression. Whether it’s a perfectly executed tag on the Kho Kho field or a brushstroke on a canvas, both require dedication, skill, and heart.”
“For the players, these artworks will serve as a reminder of their role as cultural ambassadors, carrying forward a sport that is deeply rooted in India’s history. For the audience, it’s a chance to see the game through a more intimate, human lens, evoking stories of teamwork, sacrifice and the unrelenting pursuit of excellence,” the organizers highlighted the beauty of our collective spirit and profound impact of cultural heritage.
