KAILASH CHANDRA SAXENA SANGEET SAMAROH: A NIGHT OF CLASSICAL INDIAN MUSIC

 Kailash Chandra Saxena Sangeet Samaroh is set to be an enchanting evening of classical Indian music, taking place on the 5th of December, 2024, at the Amaltas Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Colony, New Delhi. 

This event promises to be a cultural feast, featuring a Thumri and Dadra Recital by Vidushi Padmaja Chakraborty, accompanied by Pandit  Vinod Lele on the Tabla and Pandit  Bharat Bhushan Goswami on the Sarangi. 

Renowned musician Padmaja Chakraborty stands out as a distinguished vocal musician, celebrated for her mastery across various forms of vocal music and  her exceptional talent spans pure Hindustani Classical, Semi-classical genres such as Thumri, Tappa, Chaitee, Jhoola and Hori as well as devotional Bhajans. 

Additionally, Pandit  Rajendra Prasanna will mesmerize the audience with a Flute Recital, accompanied by Pandit   Durjay Bhaumik on the Tabla.
