ANANTYA – a festival of Indian Classical Music & Dance
CLASSICAL MUSIC & DANCE PROGRAMME AT KOLKATA
DIVINE INSPIRATION, BHARATIYA VIDYA BHAVAN & INFOSYS FOUNDATION organise a CULTURAL OUTREACH PROGRAMME, supported by Ministry of Culture, Government of India on 3rd & 4th February 2023 at 5.30 PM at Daga Nikunj, Kolkata.
Many renowned and accomplished artists of various cultural organisations are participating in this two day prestigious festival.
Shinjan Nrityalaya, Narteshwar Cultural Centre, Sruti Performing Troup, Kutchipudi Kalamadhuri and Pushpak Dance Academy are among others participating in the festival.
The festival is curated by renowned Sitarist Anjan Saha and Odissi Dancer, Dr. Kaberi Sen.
The entire programme is supported by Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre, an autonomous organization under Ministry of Culture, Government of India covering the states of Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal and Andaman and Nicobar Islands for the promotion of the rich diversity and uniqueness of various arts of the Zone and to upgrade and enrich consciousness of the people about their cultural heritage.
This program envisages to encourage and involve the youth of the Zone amongst themselves and promote the rich diversity and uniqueness of various art forms including Classical music and dances in the zone.
Alka Jalan Foundation is the venue partner of the Programme.
