The Navya Naveli Gallery presents BEYOND HOPE AND HORIZON – Art Exhibition by artist Sukhlal on 7 April 2023 to 21 April 2023(11.00 AM- 6.00 PM) at B-18, Greater Kailash Enclave 1, New Delhi

Sukhlal, a young talented artist shows his beautiful, brilliant and effortless strokes of the brush on his favourite canvass with intricate details and imagination before the art enthusiasts and connoisseurs in New Delhi.

 “While discovering Sukhlal’s work and his journey we discovered the journey of creativity, passion and hard work of a young boy with no formal training in art. His journey is that of hard work, belief in oneself and the sheer desire to paint. Sukhlal’s love for art, the desire to paint a little everyday gave wings to his imagination and the art works created by him over one year are full of life and are joyful to see,” says Amrita Kochhar renowned artist and curator from New Delhi.

“The brilliant use of colour, the effortless strokes of the brush, the intricate detailing and story behind each work itself describes Sukhlal’s perspective and love for art and promises greater horizons and hope,” Amrita Kochhar added.

“Seldom I get to see a part of life that leaves me speechless. It changes my entire conception and makes me question it altogether. Something like that happened to me when I discovered Sukhlal,” remarked Maïté Delteil, curator of the show on the splendid artworks ‘always full of life, very expressive, always different and showing singular postures’.

Sukhlal is an artist in his mind and soul, and artists like him should be celebrated because their stories tell us about a beautiful dream that broke the horizon of our mundane life, says the Curators of the Show.
