TASHKENT INTERNATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL FORUM – EDUCATION: A LOOK IN TO THE FUTURE (TIPF 2023)
The renowned artist Larissa Noury writes on the harmonies of colours in architecture, their contrasts, nuances and the relationships between different cultural and geographical contexts during the Tashkent International Pedagogical Forum – Education: A Look into the Future.
The renowned artist Larissa Noury, an Architect-colourist and works as Professor of Colour ITECOM Art & Design, Paris was invited to present a paper on “Colour in art and architecture”, at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan during 26-27 April 2023.
Larissa Noury worked as Professor of Colour, Department of Arts, Bordeaux & High School of Arts & Techniques Paris, Guest researcher-colourist, Scandinavian Colour Institute, Stockholm and President-founder of CEC “Colour-Space-Culture ” International Association. She has a PhD in Art & Architecture, studied at the Polytechnic School in Minsk and Academy of Fine Arts, Saint Petersburg. Also has PhD in History of Arts, University Michel de Montagne, Bordeaux. Born in Belorussia, Larissa Noury lives and works in Paris, Montmartre.
Kimyo International University in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and Science in Eurasia Association organized an important international forum 26 – 27 April 2023: TIPF 2023 -Tashkent International Pedagogical Forum – Education: A Look into the Future.
The researchers and practitioners from different countries (France, Japan, Korea, USA, Georgia, Kirghizstan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan etc.) and numerous universities around the globe came to the capital of Uzbekistan to present, share and discuss new ideas, insights, research results and emerging topics concerning the future of Education.
The main objective of this Forum, organized by Kimyo International University in Tashkent (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and Science in Eurasia – Non-profit Professional Association (Dubai, UAE) was to support the international scientific dialogue and exchanges in order to strengthen educational systems, to develop educational technologies to foster innovations in learning and teaching in the Central Asian region and worldwide.
The multifunctional platform, The Research Advances, was the principal platform that helped to organize this forum and assured the comprehensive support for scientific programs. The Research Advances platform was created and maintained by the Science in Eurasia Non-profit Professional Association, a full resident of the Dubai Science Park (Dubai, UAE) which is a community of international organizations of the entire value chain of science and education.
This event was supported by Bishkek State University named after Kusein Karasaev (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan), the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) and the Republican Union of Employers of Armenia (Yerevan, Armenia).
Welcoming reception speeches were given by Kudaybergenov Janpolat Shamuratovich – Rector of Kimyo International University in Tashkent, PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, by Begimkulov Uzokboy Shoimkulovich – Deputy Minister of Pre-School and School Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and by Professor Lee Won Hee (Republic of Korea) – Chancellor of Hankyung National University, PhD in Public Administration. Moderator: Аkhmedjanov Karimjon Bakidjanovich, Vice-Rector for Quality of Education and International Cooperation of Kimyo International University in Tashkent, Doctor of Economics, Professor.
“Colour is a hope for happiness and the happiness is real when you can share it. I am very grateful towards Kimyo International University, all organizers of this meeting and especially Mrs Liana Almyasheva, Head of the Department of Painting, for giving me this possibility and sharing with you my passion,” said renowned artist Dr. Larissa Noury during the Plenary Session.
“The colour is a universal, transcultural phenomenon. Shanghai, Tokyo, Paris each city has its own colour image and relation with natural landscape but it could change because of the visual pollution. Colour represents a system of important coded messages of the visual world. The harmonies of colours in architecture, their contrasts and nuances with day and night light, form a synthesis of knowledge and understanding of our environment. In today’s Urban Planning, Architecture, Visual Art all aspects of City’s image creation are concerned by landscape conditions. The choice of colour harmonies tells us about historical-ethnographic, ethnic origin and the palette of local material shows us the relationships between different cultural and geographical contexts,” Larissa Noury added.
Larissa Noury’s book, “Symbolic of Colour. Art, Design, Architecture” is a part of the University library collection from now and all professors and students Kimyo International University can read it or just have it for consultation.
The forum shared with participants a very beautiful exhibition of paintings and design installations presenting artworks and creations of professors and students of Kimyo International University. Also all participants could see an interesting theatrical fashion show which was in continuity with a “Modern trends in clothing design and problems in the system of art education” presentation.
A special interest has been granted to the Master Class of Alexander Ryzhkin, Fine Artist, Associate Professor of the Department of Academic Drawing at Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Industrial and Applied Arts, Lecturer in Plastic Anatomy and Anatomical Drawing at The Ilya Glazunov Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
The scientific program was enriched by some cultural visits of historical places that permitted participants to discover a beautiful applied art and architectural heritage of Uzbekistan of different cities: Tashkent, Samarkand, Bokhara, and Khiva.
All participants were happy to share their professional experience and establish new professional contacts during Tashkent International Pedagogical Forum – Education: A Look into the Future.
The Central Television covered this important international event and shared some interviews of professors and scientists including Prof. Kiyohisa Nishiyama, Japan and Dr. Larissa Noury, France.
Tashkent International Pedagogical Forum – (TIPF 2023) aims to support international scientific dialogue and exchange for strengthening educational systems, advancing educational technologies and fostering innovations in the Central Asian region and all over the world. The conference is part of the Central Asian Research and Technology Initiative (CARTI) that conducts a series of research conferences, seminars and workshops in various priority areas and on emerging topics.
